OUR BELIEFS

What we believe as a fellowship

• The Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God.

• There is but one God who is triune in person: the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit who are co-eternal and co-equal in life and glory and power.
  
  
• Jesus is God's Beloved Son, Our Lord and Savior.
  
  
• Forgiveness of sins is through the name of Christ alone.
  
  
• What is of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.
  
  
• The heart of the gospel is salvation by grace through faith in Christ, not by works.
  
  
• We accept at face value these words of Christ, "Preach the good news to every creature. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved."
  
  
• We believe the Holy Spirt dwells within each Christian to encourage, to empower, to embolden and to equip us for the ministry.
  
  
• We partake of the Lord's Supper each first day of the week, Sunday, the Lord's Day.
  
  
• We believe our mission as a church is to proclaim the gospel and the goodness of God to a lost world and to put these simple words into practice, "Whoever claims to live in Him must walk as Jesus did."
