WHO WE ARE
Driven by Values, Vision & Love
JOURNEY
The ongoing journey of faith looks different for every person, filled with ups and downs, doubts and discoveries. Therefore, faith is not a destination, but an invitation to explore!
INCLUSION
Radical inclusion dictates that we see each individual as one created in the image of God.
True community is enriched when diversity increases, and God is revealed more fully in our diversity. In practice, voices are lifted, and everyone has a seat at the table.
LOVE
The freedom to love without restraint is both creative and subversive. Jesus calls us to a radical love that takes action and extends love to all we encounter.
God’s love is without bounds and takes priority as God seeks peace and wholeness for all of creation.
RESTORATION
Restoration frees us to love and live without the baggage of shame and pride and the need for control.
Restoration leans into God’s ultimate vision of Shalom, bringing peace and healing to humanity, communities, the land and the cosmos.
SUBVERSION
Subverting structures of power, privilege and marginalization to bring about wholeness, inclusive communities and a world upside down, where value is not equal to production.
INCLUSIVE CHURCH
We aim to practice a radical hospitality following in the footsteps of Jesus who recognized in every individual the image of God.
In our diversity, we reflect the image of God — a community of faith diverse in our age, race, gender, ethnicity, diversability, gender identity, family configurations, gifts, sexuality, talents and life experiences.
We invite the full participation of every member of our community as we explore and shared God’s love, both in our diversity and through our work.

On the margins also describes his approach to ministry and theology; it’s where Jesus spent his time, where the church is called and what it means to live in the messiness of action-oriented faith. Erin Bonney
Children’s Director
Erin’s creative prowess and theological intuition allows her to lean in to leadership at ODC far beyond her job description. She is passionate about exploring nature, embracing creativity, and encouraging authenticity in life and ministry. Erin loves good coffee, rainy days, and peppering conversations with quotes from “The Office”.
